We are currently looking fora Content Team Leadwho will be responsible for the content on the websites ofall seven countries where we haveISpacestores. And will be responsible for the quality work of content specialists in all seven countries.
Location of employment:Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Poland, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing a distributed team (7 countries).
- Responsibility for the Quality of Content Across Regions.
- Successful launch of all Digital promotions across all iSpace web-sites.
- Management and responsibility for the content quality.
- Monitoring the performance of the content team KPIs.
- Customer journey analytics and improvement based on a data and best-practices on the market.
- Updating and maintaining the relevance of information on the web-site, product description, social network, banners, blogs and so ol ( anywhere).
- Analysis and improvement of all content block on our iSpace web-sites.
- Moderation and management of user-generated content.
- Optimization and standardization of processes (creating content plans during relocations in accordance with general development and opening schedules, redesigns, processing content feedback following milestone acceptances, monitoring corrections based on Apple’s remarks, and providing feedback on corrections).
- Work with the content management system (CMS): Gathering and prioritizing improvement requests for CMS to optimize the workflows of content managers.
- Interaction with other departments and teams (e.g., product team, Operations and Analytics) and maintain partnerships with other service partners.)
Requirements:
- University degree or comparable education in communication or digital marketing.
- Relevant experience as a lead of a content team for at least 3 years in content marketing, content management, onsite marketing, or editorial work, especially in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of various CMS platforms.
- Practical managerial experience in team management for at least 3 years.
- High online affinity with a solid understanding of the digital world, good UX principles, and website design and technical connections.
- Proficient in using CMS systems (with SFCC/Magento/Shopify knowledge as an advantage) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and the ability to analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, etc.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Expertise in the eCommerce (Electronics or Fashion is a plus).
