Community & Partnerships Coordinator (Startup) Full-time Job

Company DescriptionTrippergram, Inc. is a startup based in the US, building a global travel platform connecting tourists with local guides. This is a volunteer role, where you will support us in establishing and growing our global community and ambassador network from scratch. Future incentives and rewards will be discussed as the platform grows.You Will: * Assist in setting up Trippergram’s community globally (guides, bloggers, local ambassadors). * Support recruitment and onboarding of ambassadors. * Help develop engagement systems, communication channels, and growth tracking. * Collect insights to shape community strategy and ambassador program.Requirements: * Passion for travel, community building, and startups. * Excellent communication, self-driven, and organized. * English at B2 level minimum; additional languages are a plus. * Experience with social media, influencer networks, or community management is a plus.Why Join: * Contribute to building a global travel community from the ground up. * Work closely with the founders of a US-based travel startup. * Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as Trippergram scales.
