Execute on time and project management skills to complete projects in a timely manner. In-depth understanding about the product’s features, pricing, benefits, positioning, design, and prom

otions.
Coordinates all areas necessary to bring the product/service into the

market.
Co-Lead efforts of developing a strategy jointly key stakeholders to implement and sell a product involving planning and assisting in the development, marketing, and distribution of potential new

features.

Provide a clear plan for launched products and services, outlining goals as well as potential risks, challenges, and opp

ortunities.
Research and document product requirements to ensure that products meet business needs, performance objectives, and deliver an exceptional custome

r experience
Works closely with vendors, management and other departments regarding policy, compliance, risk, fraud prevention, customer service, branding, and technology to ensure business as usual as well as projects are managed within FirstBank’s policies a

nd practices.

Responsible for managing assigned portfolio of programs to ensure retention and growth of Commercial Card spend. Monitor and maintain good working relationship with stakeholders and provide monthly/bimonthl

y touch points.
Participate in the full Commercial Card sales cycle to attain successful client experience. Monitor the pricing of deals (rebate, fees, and rewards) to ensure profitability f

or each program.

What You’

l Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology/Systems or Accounting. Master’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology/Systems or Accounting preferred. Five to Six years’ experience Combined experience in the following areas: Sales processes and execution of financial services products and services. Marketing Processes and Execution, preferably in financial services organization Financial Services Regulatory/Compliance, Financial Services Product Management, Financial Services Branch Network and/or Call Center Unit
