Client Relations Specialist Full-time Job

At Fullpond, we are looking for a talented Intake and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, gathering relevant information, and facilitating the negotiation and closing process. Your main objective will be to ensure people become paying clients by booking a consultation with an attorney.

An ideal candidate is an empathetic, professional person with a goal-driven mindset.

Important Requirements

This is a full-time position open to candidates located in LATAM.

Exceptional English and teamwork are non-negotiable.

A professional attitude and strong attention to detail are necessary, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and manage confidential information.

Proven experience in negotiating and closing sales.

Experience in making outbound calls, including cold calls.

A background in law is beneficial.

Skills

Strong ability to listen, take notes, and manage information accurately.

Proficiency in phone communication and the ability to conduct a conflict check.

Proficiency with electronic case file systems, such as CLEO.

Experience in taking payments and scheduling appointments on a calendar.

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet sales goals.
