About the Role:
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist responsible for leading organizational change management within transformation projects. The selected candidate will develop communication and training plans, support users in adopting new tools and processes, and monitor adoption levels to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in transformation projects who possess strong communication and facilitation skills.
Main Responsibilities
Design and implement communication plans and change management strategies.
Develop and deliver training programs for end users and team leaders.
Support impacted areas during the adoption of new tools and processes
Track and measure the level of adoption and organizational engagement.
Identify risks and propose mitigation initiatives related to change management.
Technical Skills
3–5 years of experience in change management or organizational transformation projects.
Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus.
Advanced communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical ability and experience designing adoption strategies.
Results-oriented and collaborative mindset.
