The company was established in 2006, and is the largest private investment group in Azerbaijan with total assets exceeding USD 3.3 billion as of 2018. Primarily a conglomerate, PASHA Holding operates through a number of subsidiaries, including PASHA Bank, PASHA Insurance, PASHA Life Insurance, Kapital Bank, and others.
