Assistant / Deputy Head of Consumer Finance Department Full-time Job

Position Summary:Responsible for organising, planning, directing and controlling activities in connection with the promotion and development of consumer and unsecured lending activities.Accountabilities:Ensure profitable and healthy development of consumer and unsecured lending portfolios.Liaise with various business units to promote consumer and unsecured lending activities.Develop sales plans for each channel and provide support for its achievement.Develop and manage corporate business partners to support the development of consumer and unsecured lending business.Coordinate with credit and loans departments to ensure smooth operation, and resolves problems as appropriate.Develop, review and improve the internal control, overall targets and system and procedures of the department in compliance with the bank's policies and objectives.Requirements:University degreeMinimum 8 years experience in consumer and unsecured lending field.Requires thorough knowledge of consumer and unsecured lending products and activities.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
