We’re building the next generation of payments — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.About the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AML Specialist to join our AML team.

You will play a key role in monitoring merchant activity, investigating suspicious behavior, and ensuring compliance with AML and card scheme requirements.What you will do:Monitor deposits, review daily fraud and chargeback reports to ensure merchant compliance with Visa and Mastercard programsConduct periodic evaluations of merchant websites, including test transactions to assess functionality and complianceInvestigate merchant activities and portfolios to assess risk, ensure compliance, and identify potential fraudulent or illegal activityCollect, analyze, and administrate additional client data related to transactionsEnsure that all transactions performed by clients comply with AML procedures and internal policiesWhat we expect from you:At least 1 year of experience in transaction monitoring, AML, or a related compliance functionKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and card scheme rules is an advantageStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, form conclusions, and make sound decisions independentlyHigh sense of responsibility, with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat we offer:Gross salary in the range of €2000/month based on your experiencePrivate health insurance (after the probation period)Extra paid time off for your birthday and work anniversariesCentrally located office in Vilnius – and yes, it’s pet-friendly!Professional growth opportunities and access to training programsEngaging company events and regular team-building activities
