Air Balance Solutions is seeking a talented and creativeSocial Media and Web Specialistto join our Marketing team!

The Social Media and Web Specialist supports content marketing and partnership needs through comprehensive management of all social media channels and regular updates of the website. This role reports to the Manager, Digital and Social Media and works collaboratively with team members to develop and execute social media strategies and tactics.

Must have a creative spirit and independent work ethic to source, manage, and publish original, high-quality content for social media and for the website. If you are passionate about healthcare, social media, and creating compelling content, this role could be the perfect fit!

The Social Media and Web Specialist will collaborate with the Digital and Social Media Manager to identify and grow social media audiences, groups, and conversations across all social channels and keep the website up-to-date.

This role will build relationships with Air Balance Solutions team members to share their stories digitally and educate patients with relevant, useful content. Other duties include:

  • Overseeing and assisting with coordination of providers' content shoots with team.
  • Caption/copy creation following Air Balance Solutions style guide.
  • Regularly updating website, including routine updates and changes.
  • Upholding all social media guidelines across our social platforms.
  • Monitoring analytics and using data to inform choices, improve social strategy and formulate new initiatives.
  • Retrieves, tests, measures, evaluates, and recommends insight research to ensure the campaign effectiveness.
  • Attend and participate in weekly content and marketing meetings.
  • Able to take initiative as part of content creation efforts in collaboration with community partners/initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong copy writing skills that reflect voice and messaging objectives, must be a self-starter, and must be able to collaborate across teams while also working independently.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in marketing, communications or digital strategy preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related marketing/social media experience, healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, blogging and more.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics software.
  • Experience updating a content management system on a website required, WordPress preferred.
  • Graphic design and video editing experience is preferred, but not required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary

$22/hr - $26/hr
