Our Newest Opportunity:

The Role:The part-time Administrative Sales Assistant role is a growth opportunity to provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department and Head of Learning and Development. In this role you will:

  • Maintain Learning and Development calendars as well as the Director’s calendar.
  • Schedule prospect and client meetings for the Director.
  • Attend sales prospect meetings and take notes.
  • Send marketing and sales materials to prospects.
  • Respond to internal, and some external prospect requests.
  • Create baseline proposals for review.
  • Manage and track the Learning and Development prospecting pipeline with the Director.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contract coaches, facilitators and, trainers.
  • Manage DocuSign account and electronic signature tracking.
  • Assist with Learning and Development Learning Management System.
  • Maintain company files, as needed.
  • Assist with various client programs as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned or required.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, Docusign, and other company applications. Plus if proficient in TalentLMS and D365.
  • Ability to support multiple calendars and multiple aspects of sales.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Reliable, collaborative, and able to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Time: 5-10 hours/week

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
