The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.


What You Will Do

This position supports department database management, program management, website design and revisions, survey design and deployment, and administrative and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 Years experience in an administrative capacity with advanced knowledge and skill using Microsoft applications and department-specific software.
  • Experience with database management for department specific applications.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 Years program analyst experience.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification - Various-No accreditation board -PREFERRED


Other Qualification Requirements

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt is required within 6 months of hire date. Department will track and maintain this certification.


Essential Functions

  • Database Management
    Conducts data collection studies including training, auditing, and verifying accuracy of data collection.
    Ensures accurate and timely data entry into internal and external databases, spreadsheets, and other web-based applications.
    Creates reports and presentations using appropriate application(s) that include graphical and tabular display of data for trending and analysis.
  • Develop and Manage Website Content
    Builds web pages on organization’s Intranet site.
    Maintains various web pages for current information including removing, editing, and/or posting information.
    Creates and maintains shared information channels and ensures accessibility of current information.
  • Operational Efficiency and Customer Service
    Displays effective customer service in all forms of communication (e.g., in-person, phone, virtual, and email) and demonstrates timely response to inquiries and requests.
    Manages department material resources.
    Maintains department records, documents, and correspondence for efficient retrieval.
    Maintains confidentiality of all material and information handled including records, files, conversations, or other sources of confidential information.
    Performs administrative duties such as scheduling and setting up meetings, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, creating correspondence and flyers, assembling informational/educational materials, and distributing documents as directed.
  • Program Management
    Performs administration of various program-related requirements which may include contracts, schedules, attendance, facilitators, locations, documentation, and evaluations.
    Coordinates administration of department initiatives including logistics, documentation, incentives, supplies and equipment.
    Facilitates necessary requirements for program-related documentation and expense transactions.
  • Reports and Surveys
    Creates written and electronic surveys using appropriate applications.
    Distributes surveys to participants through appropriate channels.
    Monitors survey response rates and keeps department leadership informed.
    Downloads and compiles survey results including visual displays of data for trending and analysis.
  • Professional Competency
    Six Sigma Yellow Belt is required within 6 months of hire date. Department will track and maintain this certification.
