By collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and regional markets, you’ll ensure that every piece of content reflects Red Bull’s creative standards, platform best practices, and brand guidelines.

With a blend of innovation, intuition, and storytelling expertise, you’ll help drive reach, relevance, and impact for Red Bull on YouTube—and far beyond.Content Strategy & Creative DevelopmentIn this role, you’ll develop creative and strategic content concepts that translate global marketing objectives into relevant, audience-first YouTube content. You’ll craft formats and stories that excite new viewers while strengthening the existing community, ensuring every piece of content delivers against clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.YouTube Excellence & Performance OptimizationYou’ll establish best-in-class practices for designing and optimizing content on YouTube, with a strong focus on thumbnail development, title optimization, and viewer retention. By leveraging platform mechanics and insights, you’ll continuously boost the performance of the Red Bull Bike channel and shape content that drives organic reach.Production Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationYou’ll plan and execute dynamic video projects that captivate the global Bike community and elevate the overall quality of Red Bull’s content.

From the initial idea through to final delivery, you’ll ensure every production is authentic, creatively compelling, and executed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with international Red Bull markets and key stakeholders to develop ideas, provide feedback, and ensure all content aligns with global strategies, creative guidelines, and brand principles. Acting as a strategic partner, you’ll help guide teams across the organization toward producing impactful YouTube content.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:3+ years of YouTube production experience with a portfolio that shows growth and strong-performing content.Solid end-to-end production skills, from concept to delivery, and a good understanding of production best practices.Strong writing skills for scripts, story outlines, and creative direction.Confident video editing abilities, including basic VFX understanding and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Good knowledge of YouTube best practices, especially titles, thumbnails, and audience retention.Team-oriented mindset with genuine interest in Red Bull’s sports properties and the cycling ecosystem.Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303 gross per month.
