You’ll work closely with our founder and founder's associate on topics ranging from finance and culture to automation and investor support.This role is a perfect fit if youHave a strong interest in how to build and run early-stage startups.Are a resourceful problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges hands-on.Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.Have excellent communication skills and can engage confidently with different stakeholders.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild operations and reporting automations for scalable processesSet up company-wide statistics tracking and dashboardsHandle invoicing and billingFoster company culture by tracking satisfaction, improving communication, and organizing on-/offsitesSupport hiring and onboarding of new colleaguesAssist in preparing investor materialsProvide hands-on support for strategic and operational initiativesYour ProfileCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field.Prior experience in early-stage startups, consulting, or another high-stakes environment.Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Based in Vienna, available at least 16h/week, and able to commit for 6+ months.If you’re eager to learn fast, take ownership, and help shape how a company runs from the inside, we’d love to meet you.️We love technology (obviously), but we do check for AI-generated applications and texts.
