VP, Strategic Operations-repost Full-time Job

Dartmouth Partners is currently retained in the search for a VP, Strategic Operations - to support a $750M revenue, Private Equity backed Healthcare Services group.This role will lead the Strategic Operations team in driving operational effectiveness across the organization. Reporting directly to the COO, the position will lead this team in the following criteria:Creation and planning of new processes and technologies to support efficienciesLeading cross-departmental initiatives and incorporating all relevant stakeholdersDocument existing processes ready for strategic planningContinue to develop metrics and KPI's relevant to internal business successEstablish framwork to evaluate, document and improve workflowsPartner with the COO on development of 3 year operations and technology roadmapBuild executive dashboards to measure and show success and process efficiencyDevelop strategic roadmap alongside COO an CFORegular and consistent reporting to COO and Excecutive teamLead the team of 3 current strategic operations professionalsUnderstanding of Healthcare services environments, ability to speak the language of Healthcare providersThe client requires those that are based ideally on Eastern or Central timezones and have worked within Healthcare or related industries prior, ideally in larger Private Equity backed organizations or similar size structures (above $500M revenues).Proven history in Strategic Operations, Operational Consulting or Operational leadership required.
