We’re a small, fast-moving EdTech startup building AI-powered, game-like experiences for kids. Backed by a top-tier investor, we’re focused on mobile apps (iOS/Android) that help children create, play, and learn in new ways.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on VP Product who has real experience building and shipping games for kids and wants to own the product vision more than manage a big team. You’ll work directly with the founders to define what we build, why we build it, and how it feels in our apps.What You’ll DoEnvision the product – Define and maintain a clear product vision for kids’ game experiences enhanced by AI.Own the mobile experience – Shape flows, features, and UX for our iOS and Android apps from idea to launch.Bring game design thinking – Use progression, rewards, and feedback loops to keep kids engaged in a healthy way.Integrate AI simply and safely – Turn advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, kid-friendly in-app experiences.Do real discovery – Talk to kids, parents, and educators; run tests and use data to refine the product.Work closely with a small team – Collaborate daily with founders, design, and engineering in a lean setup.What We’re Looking ForMust-have:Strong product experience owning consumer products end-to-end.Proven track record building or leading the development of games for kids (mobile, web, or console).Deep understanding of mobile apps (iOS/Android): UX, engagement, analytics.Experience turning insights from users and data into clear product decisions.Big plus:Experience in educational games or learning-focused products.Experience integrating AI features (generative, personalization, in-app characters, etc.).Why Join Us?Shape the core product from the ground up.Work on meaningful, playful experiences for kids.High ownership, direct impact, no big-org politics.If you’ve built games for kids and want to define the next generation of AI-powered mobile experiences, we’d love to talk.
