10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a senior SME role (VP/Director/CFO/Head).

Strong background in:

strategy

financial reporting

cash flow management

pricing / costing

budget creation

variance analysis

Deep understanding of Philippine taxation and SME compliance.

Experience creating and improving systems—not just operating inside existing ones.

Demonstrated history of at least 2+ years per role due to the long-term nature of transformation.

Excellent leadership presence and communication skills.

Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
