This leader will drive continuous transformation of global purchasing that supports our long-term growth.As a Cognyter you will:Define and execute global procurement and category strategies that drive cost optimization, resilience, and supplier performance, fully aligned with business and financial objectives.Lead global negotiations and contract management across software, hardware, production services, and OEM components, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes and compliance.Lead& mentor a high-performing international procurement organization, setting KPIs, governance, and operational discipline across all regions.Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships while overseeing risk assessments, resilience planning, and business continuity for critical categories.Implement ERP/analytics/AI tools and promote automation, transparency, and operational excellence.Collaborate closely with Finance, R&D, NPI, Supply Chain, Operations, and business units to meet production needs, support growth initiatives, and strengthen end-to-end operational execution.Set and adapt best in class processes and procedures.For that mission, you’ll need:Proven experience Leading a high-impact procurement team in a global organizationExcellent large-scale negotiation skillsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, hardware/software procurement, production environments, and supply chain operationsExcellent analytical and cost-modeling skills, with a track record of achieving cost reductions and commercial excellence.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, operating with impact across matrixed and executive-level environments.A proactive, self-motivated & highly independent leader Structured approach to decision-making, execution, and problem-solving.Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering / economics/business(required); MBA (advantage).Excellent English, written and spoken.
