English Language Audio Model Trainer

About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is recruiting English Language Audio Model Trainers to contribute to a groundbreaking multimodal AI project.

In this role, you’ll record and evaluate short audio clips describing visual content, helping train AI systems to better understand and interact with the world through both language and perception.

Your voice will play a key role in shaping next-generation AI models that reason across sound, vision, and context — bridging human communication with machine understanding.

Key Responsibilities

View a series of short videos and evaluate their content and quality.

Record concise audio clips (typically 2–3 minutes each) describing visual scenes using provided tools.

Ensure all recordings meet high-quality standards — clear, consistent, and free of background noise.

Follow detailed linguistic, stylistic, and timing guidelines provided by the research team.

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and quality teams to refine and improve dataset quality.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and clear enunciation.

Native or near-native fluency in English (additional language fluencies are a plus).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines precisely.

Comfortable working independently and handling repetitive annotation tasks.

Prior experience in voice recording, linguistic annotation, or speech evaluation is a plus (not required).
