Visual Merchandising Intern (M/W)-repost Full-time Job

Presentation of the role : Reporting to the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, the role involves supporting Visual Merchandising (VM) by creating and managing visual assets (images, videos, POS materials), implementing in-store planograms, coordinating with vendors, and handling administrative and budget tracking tasks. It also includes conducting competitive market research to enhance in-store execution.Missions : Prepare static visual and video asset requests roll out in a timely manner Manage colour matching management, price tag and didactic sheet Support to implement the planogram to execute VM activities in-store Coordinate with vendors for VM tools production Responsible for VM administration tasks assigned Support to follow up of VM budget expenses Conduct competitive market researchProfile : Undergraduate student of Bachelor Degree in Art, Design or related disciplines Excellent command of written & spoken English, Mandarin or French is a plus Experience and interest in luxury retail/fragrance/beauty industry is preferred Proactive team player, dynamic, enthusiastic Willing to learn, open-minded and positive Strong administration and organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design software Able to work at least 3 full days per week (Monday – Friday)
