In the Marketing Content Video Editor role, you will be a part of the newly created Post-Production delivery team in Kraków Business Services.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and conduct tasks of creation and/or post-production of the videos.

• Searching for references of the best solutions, presenting these solutions if required or deliver vs task successfully.

• Editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Audition / Photoshop / Indesign.

• Non-linear installation using transitions, footages.

• Drafting tracking, keying, cleanup, typography compliance along with with sound, musical accompaniment, color correction, audio mastering.

• Uploading previews/masters on DAM file-sharing services.

• Interface with Business Units (BUs), Categories, In-house agency, Production, Content Engine Team.

• Efficiently contributing to the Post-Production process to deliver creatives according to the agreed brief and in line with the annual EU Production Calendar.

• Supporting and managing the daily project management (up to 15 simultaneous projects).

• Cooperating with teammates to ensure a quality and effective support of processes depending on scope intensity

• Interacting with other departments’ teams involved directly or in-directly into asset creation delivery, such as Marketing Procurement, Content Engine Team, EE & WE Production, Media, Legal or Marketing Finance Teams

• Contributing to the delivery of creatives into the Digital Asset Management platform, keeping all taxonomy related information at the highest quality level.

• Maintaining the Production Calendars on a regular basis to ensure proper resource planning and risk mitigation.

• Collaborating in the development of user manuals and training programs across marketing teams and external partners/agencies

• Accurate reporting of requests, time spent, changes vs plan, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5 years of experience in post-production (with a big part of FMCG preferred) as an Editor – ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Post-Production or Production/Content development studios on a Client’s side or bigger Production Houses.

• Experience working within a brand environment, including collaboration with Production houses, agencies and marketers.

• Professional education in film production preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Understanding and executing knowledge of post-production processes.

• Strong practical skills in video editing, SFX as well as its global trends.

• Successful editing experience in cross-market projects.

• Experience in multiple projects management of different scale within tight timings and resources. • Appreciated but not required: 3D skills. Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation
