As a key member of the executive team, you will maintain and build a scalable HR infrastructure that supports our growth in the defense sector. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with government regulations. This is a "player-coach" role suited for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, small-business environment.Responsibilities:Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, specifically focusing on business capture, proposal support, and scaling for contract winsManage all federal reporting and complianceDesign and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that comply with government cost accounting standardsCollaborate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to streamline the onboarding and offboarding of cleared personnel and maintain DCSA complianceFoster a high-performance culture, manage performance reviews, and resolve complex employee relations issuesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a government contracting environment Understanding of FAR/DFARS regulationsStrong proficiency in HRIS implementation and change managementU.S.
Citizenship is required.
