Flex My Way consists of the following: Work from Anywhere: Work from another location for up to a total of 8 weeks in a year, 4 of those weeks can be out of country and the remaining in country, Caregiver Paid Time Off: Receive up to 10 business days of paid time off to care for an immediate family member in the event of a serious medical condition resulting from an injury or illness, Bereavement Leave: Receive up to 10 business days of paid time off to grieve, attend funeral services, and address personal matters related to the loss of an immediate family member Sabbatical Leave: Employees with at least 3 years of service can take a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months of unpaid time off once every 5 years.
