The program builds upon our flexible work arrangements and hybrid model, empowering employees to achieve a better work-life balance. Flex My Way consists of the following: Work from Anywhere: Work from another location for up to a total of 8 weeks in a year, 4 of those weeks can be out of country and the remaining in country, Caregiver Paid Time Off: Receive up to 10 business days of paid time off to care for an immediate family member in the event of a serious medical condition resulting from an injury or illness, Bereavement Leave: Receive up to 10 business days of paid time off to grieve, attend funeral services, and address personal matters related to the loss of an immediate family member Sabbatical Leave: Employees with at least 3 years of service can take a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months of unpaid time off once every 5 years. Parental Leave: From April 2023 onward, teammates around the world who are welcoming a new child into their family through birth or adoption will receive a minimum of 16-weeks of paid leave.Environmental sustainabilityAt Thomson Reuters, we're committed to sustainability as it is fundamental to the long-term success of our business. We continue to reduce our environmental impact globally. Our commitment to sourcing 100% renewable energy for our global operations, achieved largely through the purchase of renewable energy credits, has helped reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Reuters IMPACT continued its mission to inspire and accelerate action on climate change. Almost 2 million people engaged with content from the event via livestream.
