Our Appointment Setters are the first point of contact in our sales pipeline and play a crucial role in driving dealer sign-ups and supporting the activation process.Role OverviewAs an Appointment Setter, you will connect with outbound leads for qualifying contractors, schedule product demos, and ensure prospects are prepared for conversations with our sales team. Youll serve as a key contributor in the early stages of our sales cycle and help create strong, professional first impressions of Lend Home Improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to contractor leads and conduct initial qualificationSchedule product demos for the sales teamPrepare prospects for upcoming conversations with sales representativesAccurately log interactions and follow-ups in our CRMMaintain consistent daily call activity (minimum 6 hours of calling)Support dealer sign-up and activation processes through effective communicationRequirements12 years of appointment setting and/or telemarketing experienceExperience in sales, business development, or related rolesBackground in collections is a bonusStrong CRM navigation skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using multiple digital toolsExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsMust provide your own equipment (computer, headset, reliable internet)Ability to work independently in a fully remote environmentMust be located in the United StatesWhat Were Looking ForWe want motivated, organized individuals who enjoy talking to people and can confidently guide prospects through the first steps of our process.
