Position Overview | Vice President of Business DevelopmentThe Vice President of Business Development will lead Prime Trusts institutional growth strategy across the U.S. West Coast. This executive role is responsible for market expansion, enterprise client acquisition, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization of Prime Trusts digital asset infrastructure.Success in this role requires deep knowledge of digital asset custody, payments infrastructure, compliance frameworks, tokenization, and API-based fintech products. The VP will serve as the key connection between Prime Trusts platform capabilities and institutional client needs.You will oversee the complete lifecycle from market strategy pipeline development solution design due diligence technical integration commercial execution. Institutional Solutions & Product CommercializationTranslate client requirements into deployable, compliant solutions using Prime Trusts infrastructure:custody payments KYC/AML settlement tokenization API integration.Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to design scalable solutions with clear regulatory alignment.Guide clients through onboarding: technical evaluation regulatory review API integration migration go-live.III. QualificationsCategory RequirementsEducation Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree in finance/technology preferred.Experience 1015+ years in fintech, payments, custody, digital assets, banking, infrastructure platforms, or consulting.BD Skills Strong background in enterprise sales, API-based solutions, digital custody, payments, or compliance technology.Leadership Experience managing BD teams or leading cross-functional commercial initiatives.Technical & Compliance Understanding of digital asset custody, onboarding/KYC/AML processes, settlement flows, tokenization mechanisms, API integrations.Language Fluent English; multilingual candidates preferred.
