Working closely with VP of Customer Success and CEO, you will manage enterprise blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical accounts, coordinating activities internally and acting as a direct contact. Also core to this role is working cross-functionally to align ReCourse AI capabilities with client objectives, developing strategic pitch presentations, and supporting our sales organization to drive revenue. Must be an emotionally intelligent and authentic team player who loves delighting customers, able to build trust, problem solver, and ambitious.
