If you love creating authentic, high-converting UGC content that feels real, relatable, and visually polished, this is the perfect fit.You’ll script, film, and edit short-form videos that showcase our products, educate our audience, and build trust across TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads.What You’ll DoConcept, script, and film UGC-style content for social media & adsEdit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Capture lifestyle, testimonial, how-to, and story-based contentTranslate brand messaging into clear, engaging video scriptsWork closely with the marketing team for quick revisions & creative testingKeep up with trends in wellness, beauty, and UGC formatsCreate content that is both educational AND conversion-drivenRequirementsProven experience creating UGC for health, wellness, or beauty brands (required)Strong video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)Comfortable being on-camera or filming talentExcellent storytelling + scriptwriting skillsStrong understanding of what performs on TikTok, Reels & paid adsPortfolio of past work (please include links)Ability to deliver fast turnaroundsBonus SkillsExperience with ad creativesBasic motion graphicsPhotography & content planningUnderstanding analytics (knowing what performs and why)
