Job DescriptionAs a recruitment consultant, you will support client companies' recruitment activities as a "partner."Specific tasks include the following:Planning recruitment strategies and defining requirements for client companiesCreating scouting copy, managing media, and approaching candidatesResponding to applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the selection processCreating recruitment reports and proposing improvementsConducting interviews and providing on-site recruitment supportProviding advice on recruitment branding, etc.This role is directly linked to the company's successful recruitment results, and you'll be involved in everything from strategy planning to execution.Another major attraction is the opportunity to work with multiple clients and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and job types.
