Reference #: 5001159981206Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Transportation Coordinator.Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch trucks/trailers for on-time deliveries and pickupsUpdate and provide tracking information to customers and internal personnelMonitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns and progress to managementAnalyze transportation costs and recommend most cost effective methodsManage quoting process with outside haulersApply for permits for internal driversAccurate invoicing internal and externalSkills / Knowledge / QualificationsPrevious dispatching/coordinating experienceFamiliarity with DOT hauling regulationsProficient software skillsPositive outlook, proactive communications skills, and high level of self-motivationDevelop and maintain internal and external relationshipsAbility to work in fast paced team environmentAttention to detail and the ability to multi-taskBachelor Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience acceptable to the companyWhy Join the Cleveland Brothers TeamMarket Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.Advancement: Take your career to the next level with a dynamic organization that wants to see you succeed!
