The Training And Development Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing training programs, conducting training and development sessions, and ensuring the implementation of effective customer service practices. Daily tasks include supervising trainees, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills and Communication skillsExperience in Hotel Training & Development and conducting Training sessionsExcellent Customer Service skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field
