MACA are seeking a Trainer Assessor/HSEQ Officer for a permanent fulltime position on an 8/6 or 12/9 FIFO roster from Perth to Karlawinda.
This is a site-based, administration-focused role that provides essential support to our Trainers and HSEQ Advisors, enabling them to dedicate more time in the field.
The Karlawinda Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south-east of Newman.

Key Result Areas Include
Manage daily data entry and recordkeeping for HSEQ tracking, PTAs, and Hazobs
Prepare, scan, and upload JSAs, permits, and other compliance documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and associated materials
Coordinate the printing and distribution of training cards for fly-in personnel
Monitor compliance requirements and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update daily meeting records and reports for Training and HSEQ
Coordinate external training bookings and process associated purchase orders
Provide comprehensive administrative support and annual leave coverage for Training and HSEQ functions
Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
A genuine interest in HSEQ, with training and support provided for the right candidate.
Experience in an open pit mining environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse and show initiative and meet deadlines.
A strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
Current WA driver's licence
