Trade Marketing Representative

Please note that this position is temporary

Position:In this role, you will be responsible for driving in-store activities to increase consumer engagement with JTI products. Apply Trade Marketing Programs to achieve volume, distribution, and availability targets. You'll strategize efficient routes aligned with territory objectives and analyze data for informed decision-making. Demonstrating a 'Double Win' approach, you'll tailor proposals to meet retailer needs while ensuring JTI's success across the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Determine visit frequency based on customer prioritization plan, and arrange calls using outlet sales data.
  • Collaborate in implementing outlet activities and arranging impactful visit schedules. Record results versus objectives in the system.
  • Use local insights for Cycle Plan enhancement, analyze program performance, and monitor competitor and retailer activity.
  • Present sales information, advise on tobacco category management and leverage business insights in selling.
  • Negotiate short-term sales agreements, guarantee compliance with planogram requirements, and maintain contractual standards.
  • Apply advanced selling techniques aligning product benefits with customer needs.
  • Predict, handle objections, and secure commitment by emphasizing JTI proposal benefits.
  • Autonomously negotiate trade contracts for JTI's territory benefit.
  • Ensure accurate selling prices and SKU listings, handle stock placement, and educate store staff on availability importance.
  • Facilitate retailer orders and supervise logistics when necessary.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Commercial insight and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and selling abilities.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing systems, including reporting and data analysis.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
  • Good command of English; proficient knowledge of Slovenian (both written and spoken).

Predstavnik marketinških aktivnosti

Položaj:Tržni predstavnik bo moral učinkovito izvaiati dejavnosti v trgovini, da bi čim bolj povečal porabo proizvodov JTI s pomočjo učinkovite uporabe programov trženja in nadzora nad cilji glede obsega, distribuciie in razpolozljivosti.

Načrtovali boste učinkovite poti, skladne s cilji območja, in analizirali podatke za sprejemanje informiranih odločitev. Z uporabo pristopa "dvojne zmage" boste prilagajali predloge, ki bodo zadostili potrebam prodajalcev, hkrati pa zagotavljali uspeh na celotnem območju.

Odgovornosti

  • Določite pogostost obiskov na podlagi načrta za prioriteto strank in uredite obiskov s pomočjo podatkov o prodaji v izbranih prodajalnah.
  • Sodelovanje pri izvajanju aktivnosti na prodajnih mestih in organiziranje učinkovite urnike obiskov. V sistemu beležite rezultate v primerjavi s cilji.
  • Uporabite lokalne vpoglede za izboljšanje načrta aktivnosti, analizirajte uspešnost programov ter spremljajte dejavnosti konkurentov in prodajalcev.
  • Predstavljajte prodajne informacije, svetujte pri upravljanju tobačne kategorije in uporabljajte poslovne vpoglede pri prodaji.
  • Pogajajte se za kratkoročne prodajne pogodbe, zagotavljajte skladnost s planogrami in vzdržujte pogodbeno dogovorjene standarde.
  • Uporabljajte napredne prodajne tehnike, ki povezujejo prednosti izdelkov s potrebami strank.
  • Predvidevajte in obravnavajte ugovore ter zagotavljajte zavezanost s poudarjanjem koristi predloga
  • Samostojno pogajanje trgovinske pogodbe v korist območja.
  • Zagotovite natančne prodajne cene in sezname SKU, skrbite za razporeditev zalog in izobražujte osebje v trgovinah o pomenu razpoložljivosti.
  • Omogočajte naročila prodajalcev in po potrebi nadzorujte logistiko.

Zahteve

  • Najmanj 2 leti dokazanih izkušenj v prodaji FMCG.
  • Dobro računalniško znanje, predvsem MS Office.
  • Komercialni vpogled in razumevanje dinamike trga.
  • Odlične komunikacijske in prodajne sposobnosti.
  • Poznavanje sistemov trgovinskega marketinga, vključno s poročanjem in analizo podatkov.
  • Univerzitetna diploma ali enakovredne izkušnje so prednost.
  • Dobro znanje angleščine in tekoče znanje slovenščine (pisno in govorno).
