Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Train and coach process owners, champions, and project teams in the use of tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with quality and with customers’ needs in mind. • Identify new technology or gaps in digital products that should be addressed. • Support Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing with digital solutions and technical advice. • Must exhibit strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams. • Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree (B. S.) with a minimum of five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience: Demonstrated experience implementing and leading digital projects. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Communication with offshore contractors will be a requirement as will be the ability to communicate through language barriers and accents. • Mathematical: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
