Technical Lead Full-time Job

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our Team!

You will get to:

* Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for our clients.

* Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

* Ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

What will help you succeed:

* Demonstrated experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.

* Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or Go.

* Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Solid experience in team management.

* Upper-intermediate to advanced English level.

Nice to have:

* Experience in the Financial Services Industry.

* Experience with Agile methodologies.
