About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Office & HR Manager to join the team. This role combines responsibility for HR operations, employee experience, and officemanagement - helping to build a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment.Responsibilities:HR & People OperationsManage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.Support recruitment processes – scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting hiring managers.Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee wellbeing.Office & AdministrationOversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management.Manage company events, travel logistics, and employee activities.Handle purchasing, invoices, and budget tracking.Support cross-company logistics and ensure smooth operations.Requirements: Requirements:3+ years of experience in Office Management and/or HR (startup experience – anadvantage).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach.Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
