Job Summary

Working as a Team Member, you will be responsible for front-of-house positions that provide outstanding customer service. Additionally, you may also be responsible for preparing and serving menu items by following recipes to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Exhibits exemplary customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers appropriately.

· Operates the POS system; collects payments for orders and is accountable for all cash handling and transaction reconciliation practices.

· Promptly, and efficiently serves all patrons ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining established standards.

· Maintains food bars by ensuring proper temperatures, rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation, ensuring freshness and safety.

· Participates in clean-up and stocking to provide excellent presentation of prepared foods to customers.

· Complies with established sanitation standards, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene rules and guidelines

· Serves menu items quickly and efficiently according to directions.

· Performs all other duties assigned by management in a efficient and safe manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED preferred

· Ability to communicate (reading, writing, speaking) in English is preferred

· Six (6) months experience in a food handling/food service position preferred

· Serve Safe certification is a plus
