We get rid of the noise so our customers can move fast, stay sharp, and focus on what matters.If you thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and love building teams, processes, and culture — you’ll feel right at home with us.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment across Israel, Europe, and the Americas, managing every stage from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.Drive advanced sourcing strategies using creative channels, Boolean search, and direct outreach to identify and engage top global talent.Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, hiring plans, and effective sourcing strategies.Provide HR support to employees globally, ensuring consistency, engagement, and a people-first experience.Track hiring metrics, maintain strong pipelines, and ensure alignment with business growth targets.Collaborate with the Employee experience and Operations functions on initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and efficiency across locations.Meet and exceed ambitious hiring goals, ensuring top-quality hires while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.Requirements:At least 4 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 3 years in-house in a global high-tech company, beyond prior agency experience.At least 3 years of hands-on sourcing experience with deep expertise in sourcing methodologies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).Proven ability to meet and exceed challenging hiring goals.Proven experience in establishing or supporting new international sites (e.g., U.S., Europe, LATAM).Experience managing international recruitment processes and working across time zones.Experience supporting HR operations and onboarding in global teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must.Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and a global mindset.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with ATS and HR systems (Comeet, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful global employee experiences.
