As one of the fastest-growing worker accommodation providers in the GCC, we are building a world-class supply engine to power our expansion across the country.We’re hiring a Supply Lead to fully own MNZIL’s end-to-end supply pipeline — from hands-on sourcing to large-scale strategy and team leadership. What You’ll Own1. Sourcing & AcquisitionIdentify, evaluate, and secure accommodation facilities including apartments, villas, labor accommodations, and full buildings.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and government stakeholders.Lead negotiations and close leasing and acquisition deals at competitive market rates.2.

Regulatory & ComplianceUnderstand and navigate all UAE regulations related to leasing, worker housing, facility operations, and municipality requirements.Ensure all sourced properties fully meet legal, safety, licensing, and operational compliance standards.3. Pricing & Financial OptimizationDevelop pricing models that balance profitability with market competitiveness and client satisfaction.Continuously assess cost-reduction opportunities and revenue optimization across the entire supply operation.4. Strategic Location PlanningMap, analyze, and prioritize high-potential geographic areas based on client demand, transportation access, and long-term expansion plans.Build a long-term national supply roadmap aligned with MNZIL’s growth strategy.5.

Team Building & LeadershipStart as a fully hands-on operator, owning sourcing and acquisitions personally.Gradually hire, train, manage, and scale a dedicated supply team as the business grows.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to ensure supply matches upcoming demand and active client needs.Support large tenders and strategic enterprise accounts with custom supply solutions. What You Bring5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, hospitality, or facility supply.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of UAE leasing practices (labor housing experience is a strong plus).Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage pricing, cost, and financial models.High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute on the ground.Valid UAE driving license.Preferred:Experience in startup or fast-growth environments.Prior experience building or leading teams.Strong active network within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
