As we experience continuing growth, we're seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless flow of materials for our customers. This role is located preferably in our HQ in Helsinki.
In this role, you will:
- Source and procure EV charging hardware from selected suppliers and manage daily communications.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Optimize inventory levels minimizing stockouts and excess inventory while adhering to budget constraints.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the EV charging sector.
- Take operational responsibility for managing Netsuite ERP for supply chain operations.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Few years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Fluency in English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Residency in EU
