<b>What you will do</b>
Supply Chain Process Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for supply chain improvement. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized supply chain projects, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to align supply chain strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, transportation delays, and quality issues. Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize potential impacts.
Technology Implementation: Support the implementation and integration of supply chain technologies, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new supply chain processes and technologies.
<b>What are we looking for?</b>
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Experience with supply chain planning and execution systems.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
