Company OverviewThe role is within the Technical Operations organisation, which drives manufacturing, quality, procurement, and global distribution of therapies, ensuring patients have access to life-changing treatments.Position SummaryThis role leads supply chain operations projects, focusing on operational readiness, process improvement, compliance, and team development. The position supports scalable manufacturing and distribution through efficient and compliant supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute supply chain operations projects, including operational readiness for new and existing products.Oversee CapEx, infrastructure, and enterprise projects within supply chain operations.Implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, SMED, Leader Standard Work).Identify and deliver productivity and value-enhancement projects.Ensure operational compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.Partner with validation experts on protocols, plans, and revalidation activities.Support cross-functional problem-solving using root cause analysis.Coach and mentor team members on processes, operational excellence, and high-performance behaviors.Prioritise and delegate daily assignments to ensure alignment with production schedules.Conduct training in warehouse operations as needed.Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience in device assembly and secondary packaging operations in a cGMP environment.Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams.Deep understanding of supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with regulatory inspections and compliance.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in science, engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering.3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of material operations.Familiarity with cGMPs (US & EU), OSHA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.Additional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) desirable.
