Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & ProductionImprove and optimize production of high-end kitchens, premium furniture, and wood products.Implement best-practice manufacturing processes (LEAN, automation, quality systems).Ensure world-class craftsmanship, precision, and stable production output.Sourcing & Supplier ManagementLead sourcing of materials, components, hardware, and finished goods across Asia.Negotiate competitive pricing and secure long-term supply stability.Manage supplier onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement programs.Supply Chain LeadershipOversee end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, planning, logistics, and inventory.Ensure on-time delivery, optimal lead times, and supply chain reliability.Strengthen risk management and operational resilience.Product DevelopmentDrive product development in collaboration with design and commercial teams and track and trace relevant trends for implementation .Ensure manufacturability, cost optimization, and premium product quality.Commercial & Business DevelopmentSet up sales team for kitchen , wardrope and joineryEnsure to be the link to the commercial projectsSupport global sales with production feasibility, costing, and sourcing insights.Identify new production partners and commercial opportunities in Asia.Contribute to pricing, margin optimization, and category expansion.Quality AssuranceLead quality systems ensuring premium finish, durability, and compliance.Drive audits, corrective actions, and a culture of quality within the factory and with suppliers.LeadershipBuild a strong manufacturing team in Dongguan establishing a strong hub of excellence.Build and lead the regional operations and supply chain team.Ensure strong alignment with Commercial teams and cross-functional teams.Qualifications8+ years in high-end kitchens, premium furniture, or wood manufacturing.Experience with western luxury brands and quality and service levels a clear advantageStrong operational and manufacturing background with proven improvement results.Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience in Asia.Solid experience in supply chain leadership and product development.Strong commercial mindset and business development capabilities.Quality consciousAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectivelyCommitment to integrity and proactive problem-solvingTravelling is needed
