As an experienced Supervisor, we trust in your ability to step into our vibrant restaurant environment and hit the ground running, leveraging your proven skills and management expertise.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Supervise front-of-house staff

Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching.

Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Support inventory checks for FOH supplies

Maintain accurate records (sales, payroll, supplier contracts, etc.)

Encourage upselling and promotional offers
