  • Multiple Full-time & fixed-term positions (x1 position until end Sept 2026, x2 positions until end Jan 2027)
  • HEW 5 $83,407 - $93,548 + 17% Superannuation

As a Student Adviser, you will:


  • Provide information, advice and support for students
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategies and programs to improve student experience and contribute to improved ways of working
  • Provide resolutions to complex student enquiries
  • Coordinate and implement a range of administrative services to support students
  • Review, evaluate and implement systems, process and practices to improve response times, increase equality, reduce costs and foster a culture of customer service excellence
