We are hiring a Streaming TV Media Buyer with real, proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across Roku, YouTube TV, Amazon, and DSPs.You must know how to build, optimize, and scale Streaming TV campaigns at a high level. If you do not have hands-on experience, do not apply.This role is for a performance marketing company that runs 90 second direct-response ads where viewers call directly from the spot. No landing pages.

Pure call-driven attribution. You must understand why people convert, how to optimize for response rate, and how to manage spend at volume.What You Will Do• Launch, manage, and scale Streaming TV campaigns across Roku, YouTube TV, Amazon, and DSPs• Optimize toward strict CPL and call volume targets• Use deep knowledge of consumer behavior to improve response rate from 90 second ads• Manage substantial daily spend and adjust quickly when metrics shift• Work with creative teams to test hooks, structure, pacing, and messaging• Maintain clean data, tracking, and reporting with zero hand-holding• Identify scale opportunities and deploy spend fast when performance permitsWhat You Must Already Have• Real Streaming TV/CTV experience (Roku, YouTube TV, Amazon, DSPs, or linear)• Deep understanding of why people convert and how to optimize response-driven ads• Experience managing substantial budgets per day• Ability to interpret data cleanly and make decisions quickly• Strong communication and reliability• Zero ego, zero excuses, performance-driven mindsetCompensation$1,500 base payPerformance bonus structure available(We keep this simple and aligned with performance.)
