Together with you we will implement a state-of-the-art ERP system and make our internal process more efficient to ensure what is most important to us: the satisfaction of our employees and customers.To achieve this we are looking for a Stream Lead MDM, supporting the establishment of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.WHAT IS THE ROLE?Responsible for the creation and maintenance of cross-functional and cross-process data definitions, standards and policies throughout the entire organizationCreation of a governance process with relevant data quality metrics incl. important dashboards for reporting that allow derivation of necessary actionsLead a team of Master Data Stewards and collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Business Process Executives or IT in order to ensure business and digital transformation goals and priorities are metIn the context of the internal SAP S/4HANA transformation, you are driving the re-design of the master data model, develop road maps/methodologies required to move from current state to future state in close cooperation with business stakeholders and IT responsibleTake responsibility for all MDM tools within the company and support consistency of master data across different software applicationsResponsible for the end-to-end MDM business processes (“CRUD”) for Fanuc’s most relevant master data subject areas as well as the data cleansing processYou will be consulted for mature assessment of future demands / improvements related to master data information including pre-/and post benefit evaluationAlignment with compliance and legal department to ensure correct privacy and security treatment of dataWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration / business informatics or equivalent8+ years of professional experience in the area of MDM and MDG, ideally in a project environment, knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management is an assetIn-depth understanding of Master Data Management like Material master data, Business partner master data and Management of master data for variant configurationProven experience with business requirements management and design of business processesExperience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systemsBusiness Leader with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and bring in own ideasGood understanding of IT systems such as SAP MDG, ERP (ideally SAP S4/Hana), CRM (ideally Salesforce)Excellent communication skills and confidence with the ability to explain processes or choices as needed to internal and external stakeholdersOpen-minded, innovative and willing to challenge the status quoFluent in English (oral and written); any other European language is seen as an assetWillingness to travel and driving liscence requiredWe look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team!
