Your contribution will be

• Operating the strategic planning cycle by coordinating timelines, consolidating stakeholder input, and aligning with budgeting processes to ensure effective resource planning
• Assisting in the development and refinement of FOUR PAWS' global strategy by providing financial analysis and ensuring alignment with long-term organisational goals
• Conducting financial and operational analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, using performance metrics and data-driven insights
• Supporting the assessment of expansion opportunities and associated risks, with a focus on financial viability and sustainability
• Preparing and analysing financial and operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions
• Assisting in the organisation and documentation of workshops, meetings, and governance processes to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making
• Using advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, VBA/macros) to analyse data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide reports
• Supporting and managing other organisational and functional projects and tasks as needed
