Staff Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) Full-time Job

We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred).

Define technology roadmaps and best practices for front-end development, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Optimize web applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

Ensure clean, maintainable code following Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.

Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance system architecture.

Lead and mentor frontend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js (Angular preferred).

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.

Experience working with backend technologies and APIs.

Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with full-stack development and API integration.

Knowledge of modern build tools and testing frameworks.

Background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Understanding of microservices architecture.

Proficiency in at least one strongly-typed language: Golang, Java, or Kotlin.

The minimum salary for this position is € 75.000,- overpayment possible depending on qualifications
