Qualifications

•Security Clearance & Other Requirements: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph

•Must be a US Citizen

•Experience working collaboratively with others within a diverse team environment and across multiple disciplines

•Experience working in a dynamic environment where you planned, organized and prioritized your work

•The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a timely manner with internal and external customers

•The ability to make decisions and solve problems

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office® suite or similar software programs

•Readiness to adapt to changing needs and to learn on the go

•Detail-oriented and highly organized

•2 years of relevant experience

•Accountability and ownership of assigned tasks

•Experience in SAP/PRISM/APEX

•Experience in supply chain, contracts or other business functions with transferable skills

•Procurement or other experience under FAR/DFAR

•Experience participating in or leading negotiations

•Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other Business or related degree

Responsibilities

•The candidate will analyze supplier quotes/proposals and manage supplier performance to cost, delivery/schedule, and quality, technical and programmatic/contractual requirements and the supporting data

•The ideal candidate may be asked to compile and analyze industry/market and Raytheon data to select candidate suppliers

•The candidate will help compile technical, quality, delivery and contractual requirements and prepares/issues requests for quote/proposal

•The candidate will be expected to interface with supplier cross-functional organizations and execute to the company and customer requirements including government regulations (such as FAR/DFAR), public law and company policies and procedures

•Create and track subcontract details in Excel, Word, and online databases, as required

•Timely completion, entry, and submission of contractual documents online

•Report generation and interpretation for customers and subcontractors

•Timely responsiveness to customer and subcontractor inquiries

•Execution and modification of subcontracts and purchase orders

•Daily communication of program needs and concerns
