We’re seeking an SMB Customer Success Executive to drive engagement, renewals, and growth across an SMB customer base.
This position will:
Own customer relationships post-onboarding and proactively manage renewals
Conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and champion customer needs internally.
Collaborate closely with leadership, including the CEO and CRO, in a close-knit, high-growth culture.
About You:
2+ years’ experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
Background working at a startup
Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate in ambiguity.
Process-oriented, proactive, and confident managing SMB customer portfolios.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
