Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work progress aligns with approved plans, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing civil works, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the successful execution of construction or infrastructure projects from ground-breaking to completion.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site civil engineering activities and personnel.Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.Review project plans and structural designs to determine feasibility and cost estimates.Monitor daily work progress and prepare site reports, progress records, and updates.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at the site.Conduct quality control checks and inspections on materials and work executed.Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues that may arise.Support the project manager in budgeting, planning, and project tracking.Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required for permits, inspections, and handovers.Ensure all civil works are completed according to local authority standards and client expectations.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2 years of UAE experience.3 years of proven work experience as a Site Civil Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects.Proficient in reading civil and structural drawings and using AutoCAD and other relevant software.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, site safety practices, and quality control.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with local authority regulations and permit processes (preferred).
